Our story begins in 2018 back then we started it as a proprietorship firm, with a lot of hope and trust in the market.

Our aim is to provide transparent consultation services to the buyer and buyer value added business to business.

We trusted in our research strategy to grow and After our two years of hard and smart combination work we created a brand for our company in the market. Then we registered it as Dharmas Infosphere Solutions Pvt Ltd. in 2020.

How did I (Pravallika Molakalapalli) start my journey as a Managing Director of “Dharmas”? I (Pravallika Molakalapalli was in the same boat as all other software employees who obtained their engineering degree immediately after graduating from Anantapur JNTU. Whenever I encounter a routine day, routine work, or routine subject, I used to think.”Is this the work that I wanted to do” ? What I need is something challenging and unique. I grew up by watching my father who is a civil contractor. I have developed passion towards construction field at that lime. As a child, I always wanted to become a builder like my father. As per my parents interest. I’ve completed my graduation in Electronics and Communicatinal Engineering and entered into the IT profession like every other Engineer. I needed a channel lo interact with people to enter or learn something about construction. For that, I chose the hottest technology. Digital Marketing. I have completed digital marketing course and worked in Google for a while to gain good knowledge in that area. I also began doing freelancing part-time digital marketing for Hyderabad-based real estate companies. In 2016, I linally left that lob and started my own company. As a result of this process, c met several experienced and fresh builders in the real estate industry. The interaction with them has given me a good understanding of Hyderabad’s geographical features, as well as its real estate market. On the other hand, we started hearing fears from buyers and dissatisfaction from builders about the already prevalent word in our market, which is real estate is unethical. The tact that some businesses are unethical In that market is true. but not every builder is unethical. There are few builders who do this business in an ethical and passion way. I completed my master’s degree in real estate with the assistance of a few knowledgeable real estate professionals.During that journey, we began analyzing the differences in other countries’ real estate markets and services with our work. According to what I understood, in other countries, if someone wants to do real estate marketing. they must first obtain a degree in real estate marketing and then only they are eligible to do consultation and marketing, Furthermore, because their government does not permit builders to sell property directly to buyers. they must consult a reactor. Thai is why they have real estate professionals. Someone should start the initiation to start one step for change, I want to do real estate service in an ethical and professional way. so that I can at least help someone get the right property and right service for them, and t also want to educate people about market legalities and what kind of rights a buyer has. To do all of this, 1first needed to take professional steps. so I became an FIERA certified Realtor (A02200000311) and established a firm called “DHARMAS” in 2018, because I want to conduct business in an ethical and professional manner, so I named it Dharmas.

Since the last three years. I’ve received a positive response from buyers and builders for my services. During this time, a few of my investors and buyers, as well as my staff and CF’s. have asked me to start a training session on real estate marketing, services, and legality. Because real estate is such a vast subject, we have begun collaborating with several market experts and providing real estate training.

Recently, one of my well-wishers suggested that because we live in the iniernet age, people should recognin your face and knowledge, and that most NRIs and corporate professionals looking for a consultant like you come out and promote yourself on YouTube and educate them through the channel. That phrase inspired me to launch my own YouTube channel in August of this year, with the hope of assisting many people in gaining a solid understanding of the real estate and investment processes.
